Frequently asked questions

  • Q - How can I tell how much concrete will I need?  A - Use our handy concrete calculator on this web site for guidance on the amount you will need.    

  • Q - What size loads do you deliver?   A - We deliver on 6 & 8 wheeled mixer trucks that can carry up to 6 & 8 M3 respectively. However part loads can be delivered by request and incur empty space charges. Please contact us to discuss your requirement 

  • Q - How long do I get to unload my concrete?  A -  All concrete deliveries are allowed an initial 15 minutes free period and then a further 5 minutes for each m3 carried. So if you have 6m3 then you get 45 minutes to unload. After your free unloading period a charge of £72 per hour or part thereof is made.

  • Q - Do you provide concrete pumps?  A -  We don't provide concrete pumps but these are available for hire across the SW. However we can offer deliveries on mixer trucks with conveyor discharge These can reach from 10 to 16 metres. 

  • Q - How can I pay for my concrete? A - We accept all major debit & credit cards, as well as BACS/CHAPS payments.Alternatively we can supply via a builders merchant of your choice.

  • Q - How much room do I need to allow for your trucks to access my site? A - Go to our downloads page and you will find details of all relevant dimensions of our mixer trucks.

  • Q - Do you deliver concrete on Saturdays? A - Deliveries are available on most Saturday mornings from 07.00 to 11.30 at no extra cost.

  • Q - Can I collect concrete from your plants? A - We offer a concrete collection facility at our plants with a minimum batch quantity of 0.5 m3. Please note it is the customers responsibility to ensure that their collection vehicle is legally able to carry the amount of concrete being carried.
